Lead and inspire your team to success. With your guidance, our couriers and delivery drivers head to work every day with energy and enthusiasm!

Your role
As Team Lead, you’ll coach, support, and motivate your team of couriers and drivers. They represent both us and bol, and you’ll make sure they understand the importance of their role. Thanks to your leadership, the team performs at its best every day. This calls for empathy, strong communication, and proven leadership skills. And when needed, you won’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves and step into the operation—helping with loading, unloading, and sorting packages.

What we offer

• A position of 24 to 40 hours per week

• A salary in scale E (Transport & Logistics CLA), from €2,918.07 to €3,692.32 per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience

• A leadership role in a fast-growing scale-up with motivated colleagues

• 27.5 vacation days (full-time basis), travel allowance, and a solid pension plan

This is you
You’re a natural leader. That means you enjoy working with others, have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and you always know what’s going on within your team. Therefore, you understand exactly what they need to perform at their best. By providing training, you make work more enjoyable and efficient for your team members. On top of that, you’re hands-on! You don’t mind stepping in and help your collegues in the operation, in addition to your leadership responsibilities.

What we ask of you

• MBO-level education or equivalent work experience

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in a leadership role

• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus

• Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts

• Willingness to work Sundays in the future
